It depends: If it says GFR is greater than 60 (which is the usual sentence) it may be normal, since more than 60 could be 80, 90 or 100, etc.Now, this may not mean it is stable since it could have been 90 then dropped to 80 then to 70 But if it says 60 ml/min (not greater than 60) this means it is weak for your age of 36 since you should have above 90 ml/min GFR.
