Speak in a normal voice - no screaming or whispering. Try to drink enough water and reduce spicy or salty foods. Prilosec otc may help if taken for 4 - 6 weeks. Laryngitis: See my tip on this. Try to rest your voice for about three days. Increase humidification in the bedroom, drink extra fluids, avoid shouting or raising your voice for about 2 weeks.
