Can a hoarse voice and swollen glands mean that I have a thyroid disorder? I've had this all of my life.

Tpo >380 normal tsh t3 (liothyronine) t4 swollen thyroid for weeks and all symptoms of hypothyroidism, abnormal ultrasound. Does it mean I might become hypo soon?

Yes: The way we monitor the functioning of your thyroid gland is by measuring TSH(Thyroid Stimulating Hormone). As your thyroid gland in your neck produces less thyroid hormone (T3 (liothyronine) and T4) your pituitary gland at the base of yr brain signals it to make more by sending out more TSH. If you take thyroid hormone by mouth then the TSH goes down, like a seesaw. ...Read more

What does it mean that my neck glands are swollen for so long?

What does it mean that my neck glands are swollen for so long?

Likely infectious...: Swollen lymph nodes are typically related to recent or current infection. Can stay swollen for a couple of weeks. If they remain 'squishy and mobile' (meaning you can move them around like a marble under the skin), then they are likely fine. If they get bigger, or feel less well-defined and don't move around, definitely have checked out. Also dpends on what you mean by 'so long'. ...Read more

How will i know what does a swollen lymph node on the neck mean?

A lymph node "tastes" the lymph to see if anything bad is there like bacteria, viruses, cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and enlarges in response to the inflammation they create when they react.
