Sounds sciatic : It sounds like you have been having pain due to a disc problem that has likely herniated causing pain more localized to the side it herniated pinching a nerve creating pain down the leg. 90% get better non operatively. Working too hard: Your bmi likely is above 30. Excess weight will put more pressure on your extremities and back causing pain. Losing weight would definitely help.
