Not keloids: I am very sorry to hear your son is suffering from these problems. A 7 year old should not have to worry abou these things. You are not describing keloid scars, but rather poor healing. Needs eval: Reddish lump in an infant could be a vascular swelling or abormality sometimes. It can also be bruising due to trauma.
