Sounds like: A fat malabsorbtion problem which can be associated with a number of enteric viral infections! Check with your Primary Medical Care Provider if symtoms persist! In the meantime avoid fatty foods!!

Need much more: You don't mention your daughters age, general health, or any other symptoms she is having. Has she had vomiting, fever, pain? Has she been seen by a doctor at all yet? With only knowing she has had diarrhea for 2 weeks, would say monitor diet to include high protein, low dairy, no simple sugars and lots of water. I: I would call your doctor. The green stools may not be such a big deal because that can occur when feces transits too quickly through the colon. It prevents bile from be adequately metabolised and thus the feces do not from green to their characteristic brown colored. This is usually wet or liquid. However, the yellow stools could be from an absence of bile salts (liver, gallbladder or common bile duct).
