Many cysts: It simply means there are multiple cysts on your ovary. If cysts are small, it can be a normal finding. It can also be seen with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Cyst: I'm not sure what a gurgling sensation coming from the ovaries would be as i've never heard of patient described that sensation. However having this is definitely a feeling that women have in the pelvic region. Sometimes this can be normal anatomy and sometimes there can be an ovarian cyst.
