It could: Pain when you wipe or touch the area (not when you're actually peeing) usually means there's a rash, sore, cut or lesion physically in that spot. You might use a mirror to look, but if that thought bothers you then any primary care doctor could certainly check. See your gynecologis: I do not know enough about you to answer that question. It sounds like you are on a birth control pill and breakthrough bleeding is common, especially if you missed a pill.
