Correction(probably): My guess is someone told you (or tried to tell you) "white matter degeneration." evidence of inflammation in the brain (sjogren's or not) is clearly something to worry about. But white matter degeneration may be something not to worry about. Reason: it is a nonspecific finding that can be seen in people without sjogrens as well as those without neurological problems.
