Not dead yet: As long as you have not had it removed, and are otherwise in good health without symptoms at present, then it means you should adjust the ear pieces and tap on the end of the stethoscope to be certain that you have an effective connection after moving L-to-R. Possibilities...: There is a good saying in medicine that says "all that wheezes is not asthma". Don't bear down: Your lungs are not meant to be a closed container. More importantly, if you're doing cardio, there's no reason to be holding your breath. By definition, you should be breathing freely, and continuously during aerobic exercise. ...Read more
