It's been 4 days now that I have been experiencing sever dizziness and vertigo. Especially when I wake up in the morning or when I stand up.

May not be ear: Depends on if you have true vertigo which is the sensation of rotating. If brief and intense might be positional vertigo which can be cured with the epley maneuver. If lightheaded or disoriented may not be related to ears. With migraine history that could be the trigger. Also, your meds could be a trigger.
