Several things: Could be a tension headache, cluster headache or cervicogenic headache. Definitely worth seeing your doc for this. I would recommend a do who uses omm to treat headaches. Migraine neurologist: Your headaches are probably migraine, which can often cause "sinus pain". Sinuses rarely cause headache. I would suspect that you are taking something like Ibuprofen or excedrin which has put you into a rebound/medication overuse cycle.
