Blighted ovum : Unfortunately , if sonogram does not show fetal pole means no embryo inside, ( no fetus ) also called blighted ovum , if repeat test also shows no fetal pole you will have miscarriage , speak to your OB doctor , some times it is natures protective mechanism , for malformed embryo . Had my first ultrasound and my sac was empty didn't see no baby but the sac measured that I was 11 weeks .. what could be the reason for that ?
I went in for an early ultrasound. Didn't see anything, no sac, nothing. Beta HCG was 528, it normal to see nothing at those levels? I go back in week
