So it's our job to question you regarding the possible causes. If you can't think of any, then we worry about an increase risk of heart disease. Likely normal: All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the test is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your basophil count is at the upper end of normal range. In itself it does not mean much. The count may be increased in some allergies.
