What Does Ig G Positive Mean
What disease?: You need to provide the actual value and the reason why the test was obtained for anyone to answer your question. Last month I have igm(toxo) weakly positive(>0.6), this month IgM positive but IgG depreciate. What does it mean?
Phases of infection: Igm is the antibody that is 1st to rev up in early phases of infection. Then as the body begins to fight infection it produces more igg antibodies. Not enough info: This test is not evidence of lyme but also not proof you don't have it! ultimately lyme is a clinical diagnosis. 20-30% of those who have it never have a positive western blot. It's really important that the test include the 31 & 34 bands & most labs don't check it- igenex is the best lab for a thorough test. See a doc who uses igenex as that is someone able to make a proper diagnosis.See comment:. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

A stool antigen test for H. pylori may show if you currently have it. Treatment of H. pylori is by a so-called 'triple therapy.' in the absence of relevant symptoms, though, it may not be necessary to do. See your doctor for clarification. ...Read more
