An absolute monocyte count over 600 will raise eyebrows if there's any suspicion of tb, sarcoid, deep fungal infection -- but it's only one tiny clue. Need more info: I'm assuming you had a urine test. A high spot microalbumin in the urine is not meaningful without a spot urine creatinine. The ratio of microalbumin to creatinine can indicate whether or not one has issues with spilling some protein in the urine, an indicator of kidney damage. No, IgE = allergies: A high ige is associated with allergies, parasitic infections and some rarer medical conditions. A slightly high IgA is a nonspecific finding and may not be clinically significant. If it's extremely high, like ten times normal, it could mean a plasma cell abnormality, like multiple myeloma. If someone has high B12 without taking it then it can be a sign of serious problems including liver & kidney disease, myelproliferative disorders including leukemia & polycythemia vera & hypereosinophilic syndrome.
