Positive Ana with homogenous pattern titer of 1:160 does this most likely mean I have lupus?

No: This result is weakly positive or even normal in some individuals, positive ANA screen doesn't confirm a disease, it rather complements clinical signs and symptoms, other specific tests, imaging /tissue studies need to be performed in the context of the whole clinical picture.
