I wouldn't worry: Kudos that you're noticing these things. Don't get too obsessive. And no need to be pressing it really. Imagine if someone were messin' with your fonatanelle! Your baby is fine. If they change their behavior, develop a fever, a rash, diarrhea, strong odor to their urine, or reduce their feeding habits then, time to visit the pediatrician.
