Probably nothing...: But, you would be well advised to have a fasting glucose done to test for diabetes. Very rare in a 19 year old, but if you are obese and/or have a family history, this is a cheap, easy test to have done. Rule that out first and then see your doctor, especially if these symptoms persist for longer than 2-3 weeks.
