Poly arthritis: U seem to have developed arthritis in >1 joint @ the same time, a condition AKA polyarthritis. In the absence of any other Sx (especially swelling or fever), u shd rest ur joints- use them as little as possible- & if u are otherwise healthy & not taking meds, consider an NSAID like Naproxen with food. Having cold hands?: Keeping warm, active, don't smoke, and of course a healthy, balanced diet/exercise will help you maintain good health. Is she having cold feet too? Trigger finger: If the pain if mostly in the palm at the base of the finger it may be a trigger finger. Other symptoms include catching or locking of the finger.
