I have been having pain on my right toes, wrist, back and fingers on my right hand. What do I do? I have Fibroymalgia and arthritits

Poly arthritis: U seem to have developed arthritis in >1 joint @ the same time, a condition AKA polyarthritis. In the absence of any other Sx (especially swelling or fever), u shd rest ur joints- use them as little as possible- & if u are otherwise healthy & not taking meds, consider an NSAID like Naproxen with food. My moms hands are freezing cold, and the tips of her fingers look like she's been in water, like her fingertips are shriveled up?

Chapped fingers(especially index and thumb) on both of my hands. They seem to heal and then chap again. How can I cure them?

I hope a thorough exam of your daily habits is adequate, otherwise seeing a dermatologist is a great and fast solution. ...Read more
