Nothing: Labs mean nothing whatever in the absence of a clinical history and physical exam. Especially, relative percentages of lymphocytes and granulocytes is junk data that, frankly, I wish the labs wouldn't even report. Mild to moderatbe decrease in kidney function. But this need to be interpreted in the scope of the clinical findings. Urine specific gravity appears to be upper normal level.

Dehydration can be true when you are losing more than ingesting such as in cases of vomiting or diarrhea or relative when you are putting out large amount of urine in cases of diabetes mellitus or insipidus.
