If your gyno: Is doing that then your gyno should have explained to you what a thick uterus lining means because that is why your gyno is doing that test so please call your gyno and make him or her explain why the test is being done and what to expect, personally I would do an in office hysteroscopy rather than that as u can see everything with your eyes thru the scope and can do a biopsy also. ...Read more

Your doc should have explained all of the possible causes to you, could be from too much estrogen building up benign tissue, could be form intrauterine polyps or fibroids, could be from pre-cancer- hyperplasia or endometrial cancer if you were my pt I would do an in office hysteroscopy and biopsy to r/o anything bad and then I can rec txmnent, hopefully your doc does this in the office. ...Read more
