No: Igg is for long term immunity, she is immune, her vaccine has worked. I guess it's possible she was recently infected, about 4 weeks ago, and is still fighting it off but that is low probability. No immunity: If you talking about rubella antibody test, it means you did not have rubella, you did not have vaccine for rubella, or if you had any of above mentioned exposures you do not have any immunity/resistence against this disease.
