Cellulitis: Yes, please see your physician ASAP or visit an urgent care center for evaluation. If there is pus, a culture may be done. Make sure your antibiotics will cover MRSA. Keflex won't be sufficient in this case. Infection is much more serious when a person has a suppressed immune system. Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) or Doxycycline are first line treatment for MRSA when Keflex fails. Any abscesses need to be drained. ...Read more
