CBC: Without knowing what values are abnormal there is no way in which to help you interpret these changes, but what can be said is that they are generally meaningless in the absence of a full clinical evaluation. Having said that, it may be your normal and there may not nothing out of order. You should discuss it with your doctor who knows more about your health. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
