Not a good idea...: Most Obs won't induce labor until at least 39 weeks. This is because babies do best when they are allowed to mature in utero. Even at 38 weeks an occasional baby is born that needs to be in the NICU due to breathing difficulties. If you want to go into labor, I would discuss this with you Ob. Yes: Your uterus is contracting to shrink down to normal size. Another consideration is that they did not get all the tissue out of your uterus when they did the abortion and your uterus is contracting against this tissue. i think it is best to be seen and make sure their are no products of conception in the uterus. ...Read more
