Can a 2-3 cm ovarian cyst on your left ovary stop ovulation?

Dominant follicle?

Cyst
That cyst might be your dominant follicle, in other words that cyst may well be your next ovulation.

I had been diagnosed 3 weeks ago with a 3.5 cm ovarian cyst. What do I do?

It can be normal

Cyst
each month an egg develops inside a watery cyst, sometimes there are other less mature eggs in their own cysts also. you should discuss your concerns and US findings with your OB/GYN to make sure you understand your options and what was seen.

I have a 3 cm ovarian cyst on my right ovary and i'm only 19 years old! Why is this happening?

It can be normal.

Ovary
the ovary is designed to make a cyst when an egg is being developed. it happens each month for most women and they are not aware of it happing. some findings are not as normal, and you should see an ob/gyn to discuss your ultrasound and symptoms.

i am 3 days late on my period could it be my ovarian cyst I just found out last week and it is under 2 cm?

No

Menses
you should see doctor for serum pregnancy test. I do not think that your ovarian cyst would cause your period to be late.

A 4.0 * 3.6 * 2.7 cm ovarian cyst is on m right ovary. How big is that? Can it be dangerous during pregnancy?

Quite common

Ovary
It is quite common to have an ovarian cyst in pregnancy. Really the only way a cyst can be dangerous to your pregnancy is if it twists on itself (torsion) and requires surgical removal during the pregnancy. Most cysts that undergo torsion are significantly larger than yours. If you have no symptoms of pain, I would not worry at this time. If pain develops talk to you primary ob.

Dr. Liawaty Ho answered:

Does an ovarian cyst larger than 6 cm have to be removed if you have a hx of ovarian cancer in your family? The cyst has enlarged over 3 months.

Ovarian cyst

Ovarian cancer can present as cystic lesion .it is sometimes not easy to differentiate benign cyst to malignant cyst. Thus, if the cyst is big and growing-a surgical resection should be seriously considered. Talk to your gynecology oncologist and discuss more in regard to surgery etc. the risk for you is even more significant with the positive family history of ovarian cancer. Good luck
