What Does 350 Vision Mean
Unstandard vision: Literally this would be equivalent to 20/730 vision which is totally unstandard. It would be between the standards of 20/400 and 20/800. In any case it is very limited vision worse than the big e on most snellen charts. You might, however, have misread someones notations since 10/365 is so unusual. Read more
Depends: If the change is of recent, rapid onset it could be due to a pathology of the eye, or blood vessels to the eye, or a brain problem and needs examination quickly. If the change is slow, it is most likely due to a need for a change of eyeglasses and during that examination other causes ruled out. Read more
Peripheral vision: When someone refers to "field of vision" they are usually referring to your visual field, or the entire scope of what you see in your vision, most notably your peripheral vision. Probably dry eye: This is most common when first waking up and the blurry vision is temporary. Artificial tears over the counter will help. Make sure it does NOT contain any redness or itching reliever in it. Just a pure lubricating drop. Use this through out the day and when waking up. Generally 3-4x/day. Dry eye is very common. If the blurry vision persists, see an eye doctor. Good luck. Read more

Radial keratotomy: Is a type of refractive surgery that was popular in the 1980s and 1990s. It has been largely replaced by lasik and prk, which are both laser types of refractive surgery. Migraine: If symptoms last between 15-30 minutes and completely resolve this is most likely an ocular migraine. If there is a headache afterward, it is considered a visual aura as part of a classic migraine event. If this is the first time you've had such symptoms, see an internist or ophthalmologist.
