My child normally runs high feever with her sicknesses. If ur child runs 103 to 104 and it respondes to meds is it okay or common with viral infection?
How does s/he look?: The height of fever does not reliably distinguish between a viral and bacterial infection. If your child has fever for 3-4 days and is acting normally , playful, and still eating and drinking ok, then i would treat her fever when it makes her uncomfortable and observe.
