Yes: Yeast infection is usually from excessive moisture and can present with satellite lesions that look like pustules (white heads). You may also have folliculitis which can be bacterial (common with friction, moisture, sitting too long, shaving, etc). Warts or herpes?: Neither yeast nor BV would cause a "cluster of bumps". If they are more or less permanent -- i.e. unchanged after more than a few days -- it could be genital warts. Need more info: How big the lump? What is the location of the lump? Is painful? Is it growing? If you have no other symptoms you may watch and wait. If the lump doubles in size, ulcerates, becomes painful, bleeds or other lumps appear, see your doctor. Otherwise, you may wait till you see your doctor for your regular appointment.

Get seen: You need to be seen, the "tag" needs to be seen and maybe biopsied. You need to see someone for the yeast infection too. Go to a gyne (not just urgent care because of the skin tag like thing)...it can be infection or it could be nothing or something you need help with. ...Read more
