Couple possibilities: You should see ophthalmologist. Itching eyes is usually allergic. your could try an over-the-counter allergy drop like pataday. With contact lenses, though, there are a lot of other possibilities like giant papillary conjunctivitis, limbal stem cell failure, corneal hypoxia, and poor fitting lenses causing small scratches.
