Call your physician immediately and explain your symptoms. You should have a medical evaluation first including an ekg, and blood tests. Find out if you have ever had your thyroid functions tested as those are important and can make you feel like you have anxiety. If your doctor can't see you then go to the er and explain your symptoms so that you can be completely evaluated. This is especially important at the stage you are with your pregnancy.
