I got but by a flea. And it itched real bad so I found something to itch it with. But it doesn't look like a normal flea bite anymore.

See a dermatologist: You assume they are "bites" without any evidence. You can be absolutely sure the have nothing to do with any spiders. It is probably something else. A skin DR will help you.
