I'd like to know why i can take a whole box (90 pills) of 2mg clonazepam and not feel a single thing, no effects at all. Please do not question my motives or try to lecture me re safety. Legit pills.
Drug Addiction: No lecture or judgement here. It means that you are an addict. It is most likely that doses that would kill anyone else have no effect on you because you have either taken them for too long or have built up a tolerance for them or alcohol (clonazepam is thought to be the pill version of alcohol). If you are using high doses of this medicine it may be wise to get help as you detox off of them. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I take a coated escitalopram 10mg + 0.50 clonazepam pill. Is it ok if i cut it. I would like to try tapering off and see what happens?
Yes, talk with doc: Lexapro/escitalopram can be cut in half without any destruction to the medication tablet itself, for the purpose of tapering off. That said, discuss with your prescribing doctor your plan to taper off. It is always your choice to take medication but important to discuss benefits, risks, alternatives. Good luck! ...Read more

Can taking a 1/2 pill of clonazepam every day or every other day cause you to get addicted to it? Or is it safe to do?
Just started .5mg clonazepam but thy said to cut the pill in half and i take it 3 times a day. I still feel panicky. Should i try a full pill?
Can't say here: So yes, it's likely that increasing your dose would increase its effect, but it's not really the role of doctors here to dictate your treatment or 'practice medicine'. There are too many variables we don't know about your history, your other problems or your reaction to previous medications. Sorry you're still feeling panicky. I'll bet your doctor will advise on the phone if you call. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I use Xanax since 8 month ago now I am traveling and i lost my pills, so a friend have clonazepam can I take a pill just 1 day until i get my xanax?
See below: The best solution is to review your medication use at a local urgent care, so you have a safe solution. This is especially true if you have been regularly taking xanax and have other medications and illnesses. Although Clonazepam is in the same medication class as xanax, it lasts much longer and the doses are not equivalent. So it is not a good idea for you to swap between the two using guesswork. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I take 1/2 a clonazepam in morning and at night 0.5 mg pill will I develop a tolerance where it won't work and will I get withdrawal symptoms?
Clonazepam Tolerance: I appreciate your concern. Clonazepam is in the class of drugs called benzodiazepines, similar to valium, Ativan, Xanax, etc. Tolerance is more of a risk at much higher doses and with those drugs that are short acting like Xanax. At the clonazepam dose you are taking, you should be fine as long as you follow your doctor's instructions and don't increase the dose on your own. Do not drink alcohol. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
