You probably have a viral gastroenteritis which usually gets better with proper hydration.You have to make sure you are able to retain some fluid otherwise you will get dehydrated. It canbe treated with some prescription antiemetic. If continue to vomit and cant hold anything go to ER, as you may need IV Therapy.
