I would first get a urine culture, it is normal the next step is a renal ultrasound and an ivp to assess the structure of the kidneys and to see if there are kidney stones or a tumor present. Very abnormal: With several blood sugars well-over 250 mg/dl i would expect drinking and urinating a lot, even waking up at night for this. However, the meter you're using may not be accurate. That is quite a big: change...but blood pressure can vary that much. Possibly significant weight loss or reduction in sodium intake could cause this change. You don't mention any issues with blood loss such as trauma with hemorrhage. If you feel fine, take your blood pressure daily for a few days. If it stays so low, see your doctor for evaluation.
