If I'm having burning stools, night sweats, numbness and tingling arms and legs, and chest pains from gas, severely every night. What could that be?
Burning stool c/p: May be gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria. Ranitidine/ prevecid may offer some relief but if bacteria need antibiotics. Would also check gallbladder. pancreas, food intolerences ( gluten) is less likely but if this severe should get abdominal /pelvic CT .
