If I'm having burning stools, night sweats, numbness and tingling arms and legs, and chest pains from gas, severely every night.  What could that be?

Burning stool c/p: May be gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria. Ranitidine/ prevecid may offer some relief but if bacteria need antibiotics. Would also check gallbladder. pancreas, food intolerences ( gluten) is less likely but if this severe should get abdominal /pelvic CT . Avoid NSAID ( motrin like products) aspirin, caffeine, alcohol spicy food, smoking. f/u/ w/ gastroenterologist , also check EK ...Read more

Night sweats: Mild sweating at night can result from a warm room or covers too heavy. However, soaking night sweats- often indicate potentially serious infections or inflammatory disorders. (TB and malaria are classical examples, in people at risk for them.) Sweating usually means fever going down during the night.
