Don't know what -: -drugs U R on. my wife was on 3 meds for TB and had no such complication, so U can Google the drugs and read about the side effects. if it is a side effect but transient, it will go away when treatment is over. 2 B sure call Ur treating infectious disease specialist. ...Read more

Pains extremities: Hi JerryK752, This is an ODD symptom. It could be due to nerve entrapment if you are overweight. Other than that, it could be due to mild strain during normal use. I would see a doc to do a blood count and ESR and if normal I would be reassured unless it gets much worse. thanks ...Read more

Possible neuroma: your symptoms sound nerve related. When nerves are compressed in the forefoot region they become inflamed and sometimes injured. This condition is known as a neuroma. You have started conservative tx by getting out of the high heels and into wider shoes. Custom insoles with metatarsal pads will also relieve pressure on nerves. Try OTC NSAIDS. Leg tingling: Other options: poor circulation, peripheral neuropathy (diabetes or other causes), or compression outside the spinal canal. Based on your age, i would make sure that the spine doc looked personally at the films. I see too many patients with missed diagnoses because the report-only was reviewed. If in question, sometimes ct myelogram will show pathology better. Emg/nerve conductions also may help. ...Read more
