Go see ur Family Doc: You appear to have several more complicated issues than can be addressed in 400 characters. Chronic constipation is often aggravated by inadequate fiber, fluids & exercise. It can also lead to gas & bloating as well as abdominal pain. Dyspareunia or painful sex needs to be addressed by Family Doc or Gyn. Perhaps complication of surgery, sexually transmitted infection, endometriosis or adhesions. ...Read more

Lots of things: Its hard to say whether all of these symptoms are related. If u r currently on ocps they can cause the brown discharge / break through bleeding and sometimes pain during intercourse. I think a pelvic us would be very helpful. Could be an ovarian cyst, or endometriosis causing pain with intercourse and irreg bleeding. Low sex drive may be due to some hormone imbalance (but ocps can cause it !). ...Read more
