The sharp "heart pain" is most likely NOT from your heart....people don't describe cardiac pain as pain "in or from" their hearts

a. drinking too much water from an obsessive urge leading to water intoxication.
b. Diabetes insipidus -the pituitary no longer secretes the hormone (ADH) to control the urinary flow.
(c)Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
