Get seen?: Based on your description, I think your intuitive diagnosis is probably correct. These are likely form of Wart. Other possible diagnosis are much less likely as they occur on palmar surfaces. I suggest you see your primary doctor or a dermatologist and biopsy one of these lesions and then treat the rest with one of a variety of treatments. Then you can stop worrying about them! Black tiny spot on my small toenail. I cut the nail portion off and dark spot came off with the nail. But left a pinkish wound on the skin. Wat is it?

My fiance hurt his wrist at work looks like a vein xploded swollen large dark blue spot on wrist should we be concerned about the bleeding under skin?

Trimmed toenails-noticed dark grey raised spot next to big toenail-slight pain, think it was ingrown nail. Trimmed off spot of skin, it bled a bit, blood went deep, and a tiny bit of clear liquid (pus?). Cleaned w/isop. alcohol + bandaid. Infected?

Probably: It does sound like an ingrown toenail, which usually does involve infection. The corner of the nail grows into the skin edge and burrows in causing infection. If it is mild, you can sometimes keep the nail edge elevated out of the skin and it can grow past the area. If that does not work, probably would be good to be seen. ...Read more
