Recently had tragus pierced and now pinna is warm to touch. Is this normal and could it be swimmers ear? Rinse ear under faucet to get out soap.

Not normal: If you have tenderness, warmth are redness you should see a physician, it sounds like you might have an infection (swimmer's ear is an infection of the ear canal tissue).
