X ray of broken bone showed hole in bone biopsy done and was neg for bone cancer. Recent blood test showed low white blood count. Reason for concern?

Really not related: The two things may not be related. Also, the body reacts differently whether we have a viral illness (can have low white count) vs. A bacterial one (can have a higher count).
