Probably not feta: Feta cheese would not look the same coming out, but sesame and other small seeds do look almost identical in your stool. Otherwise unless you are sick in some way , having unintentional weight loss, blood in stool, then this is unlikely to be significant and almost certainly something you ate. ...Read more

Poss ulcer, but.....: Abdominal complaints and mucus in stool also could suggest the presence of inflammatory bowel disease. It is more common in younger females with fair complexion, but occurs in also in any race, sex, and age. If symptoms do not resolve with ulcer managment, need to see a gastroentrologist for a scope examination. ...Read more

Flora off balance: Could be that your gut bacterial flora is off balance. Try taking acidophilus supplements for a few weeks to see if this restores it. If not better, see MD for some bloodwork. If the stools are hard to flush down, then they are rich in fat which can mean the pancreatic, bile system is off. ...Read more
