Probably unrelated: Many non-wart growths can look like warts, so you need to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis, and to make sure it isn't cancer itself. Probably not, but better safe than sorry. Even if you have a nasal wart, probably it is a different strain than the one you have (or had) in the genital area. I'm : I'm assuming this is inside your nose, and probably a squamous papilloma if it is wart-like. The two main reasons i would recommend you see a physician for this is to determine that it is, in fact, a benign lesion that does not need to be sent to pathology for tissue diagnosis, and to be able to biopsy/excise this under aseptic conditions to minimize the risk of infection. ...Read more

Difficult : Difficult to answer without a clinical examination, but given your age and that it is located on the nose, i would be concerned with the possibility of a skin cancer. It could be a wart, a nevus, a skin cancer, or other possibilities.
