Could pba cause my crying I have NF type 1 I have lots of pain with this I take lots of medications but have had this uncontrollable crying?

Neurology consult...: ....would be necessary. It is not in my vocabulary to say something can NEVER happen in this world of medicine but since NF1 is basically defined as a PERIPHERAL NERVE type of problem which definitely is painful and so forth...it would not be the most likely type of problem in my opinion to cause or be associated with PBA. I also searched the literature and couldn't find anything convincing.

How can I help someone who has bouts of uncontrollable crying, indecision, panic etc. Over a key professional decision?

How can I help someone who has bouts of uncontrollable crying, indecision, panic etc. Over a key professional decision?

Vitamin therapy: I know that this sounds weird, but emotions are initiated by the "automatic" brain. High calorie malnutrfition causes this part of the brain to become too easily activated. I treat this with intravenous vitamins but I would suggest that this person cleans up diet, especially sugar and sees a nutritionist doc. It is truly amazing to see the recovery if taken to heart and followed.

My mom started gabapentin 300mg tonight and woke up an he after with uncontrollable crying, why? And how do we get it out of her system?

Patience: The medication will eventually metabolize out of her system. Be sure to contact her MD immediately to inform of the side effect to get the best advice on stopping the medication as I don't know what medical condition is being treated. Emotional side effects - including suicidal thoughts - are uncommon but can happen. Stay with her - reassure her - and encourage sleep. http://www. Drugs. Com/pro/gabapentin.html

Possibly: More likely you have a delayed cycle most likely secondary to stress and some cramps secondary to functional ovarian cysts. If your pregnancy test remains negative and no period comes, consider an evaluation, ruling out thyroid disease and consider an ultrasound.

Uncontrollable fits of crying. Could ocp's cause this?

Possibly: The phrase "having a good cry" suggests that crying can actually make you feel physically and emotionally better, which many people believe. There is a type of chemical in emotional tears that acts as an endorphin that reduces pain and works to improve mood. Crying bouts are also triggered by hormonal irregularities, which are triggered naturally or by ocps.

Tantrums?: The only way to see if there's a medical cause is to see his doctor. He may be having tantrums. Often, kids act out to get attention, even negative attention;withdrawing attention from the misbehavior (i.e., timeouts) & giving positive attention for good behavior helps. Distracting your child when you see misbehavior start can head it off, too. Ensure he doesn't get overtired or famished.
