Some thoughts: Parkinson rare at your age. Do other people see the tremor? If so, make movies to show your doctor. If not then very fine, rapid tremor could be thyrotoxicosis. More common is mild essential tremor (see web for discussion). Bilateral (both sides)? Symmetrical (even both sides)? Make notes about when it is there and also not there.
