I was diagnosed with ganglion cyst on bottom of big toe. After 1 week cyst is no longer painful & swelling gone down. Will pain come back?
It could, but: It depends on what was the trigger for the ganglion to develop. Often it is from some sort of minor injury or irritation of the area. It also may never return, so there's no need to do anything other than wait and see.See 1 more doctor answer

Last night I woke up and my big toe was throbbing. No swelling, sensitivity or redness. Could wearing flip flops cause this? Today it is gone.
Maybe?: If that was something new to your daily routine, then maybe the flip flops irritated your toe somehow. I am glad the pain is gone now.
Part: left big toe symptoms: redness, swelling, burning pain bout me: I am fit. Zero alcohol question: most common causes of these symtomps?
Part:left big: You could have an infection in the toenail or gouty attack. Need to see a podiatrist to differentiate. If toenail is infected might need cutting it back under local anesthesia and PO and topical antibiotics, to r/o gout need a blood test for uric acid. Either way need to be treatedSee 1 more doctor answer
For 2 days I have had sharp pain - left (ball of foot?) large pad behind big toe. No visible swelling. Painful walk/stand. What possible causes?
Rule out Gout: You will need to rule out the possibility of gouty arthritis - it typically appears suddenly in a big toe (classic presentation), although it is usually accompanied by some form of swelling, redness or other discoloration.
Can gout cause pain/swelling in 3rd-5th toe area that meets top of r foot only? Not big toe; blood uric arid test slightly high; ipuprofin helped.
Burning sensation on bottom of my feet right below my big toe bone. Feels like fire. No pain no swelling or numbness. Should I get checked out?
Evaluation indicated: You should be evaluated by a musculoskeletal specialist of the feet such as a podiatrist or an orthopaedic surgeon who treats foot and ankle issues. Your description of your symptoms correlates with a problem or injury to the small sesamoid bones located on under surface of the big toe
Inflamation: Trauma, plantar fasciatis, hematoma are some causes.See 2 more doctor answers
