It is likely a sebaceous or epidermal inclusion cyst. Such cysts can rupture into the tissue or to the outside. It the cyst gets infected it could lead to complications. Have you considered getting it removed. It could probably be removed under local anesthesia.

Gentle Care: The most frequent cause of nose bleeding is trauma. Avoid blowing too hard and absolutely no nose picking. The nasal mucosa is one cell layer thick and easily disrupted which exposes blood vessels and makes them likely to bleed. Use a saline spray several times per day to moisturize and aid in clearing your nose of mucus and mucus crusts. If no improvement, see your doctor. ...Read more
Diagnosis: The best advice I can give you is to see an ENT specialist and have an appropriate diagnosis. The ENT specialist can document three things. 1.) a specific and proper diagnosis, 2.) perhaps a cat scan to document that diagnosis and 3.) appropriate medical or surgical treatment based on the diagnosis. Remember, always, diagnosis precedes treatment. ...Read more
Scabs in nose: Scabs occur as the body tries to heal from an intense inflammatory response. While these are sometimes seen with allergies, they may be more common due to infection or trauma inside the lining of the nose. Rarely, scabs may signify an underlying autoimmune condition such as wegener’s granulomatosis where nasal blood vessels become chronically inflamed. A biopsy may be helpful to determine a cause. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
